AILDM and AILA members met in Sydney on 22 June for a workshop on contracts administration presented by Graham Fletcher.
The workshop dealt with an essential part of every designer's job - administration of a project's implementation. Graham shared a life-time of experience to help delegates maximise the possibility of knowing what to do and getting it right.
